How and when can I open an account?


If you have never ordered with us before, please contact us before setting up an account to ensure we still have space available and to determine a delivery location. Stephanie can be reached by email.

After receiving confirmation from the farm that we still have openings, click on new account to signup to order.

How do I order?


Each Thursday morning, a list of available produce is sent to all of our registered customers by e-mail. Customers must place their order for the week no later than Sunday at 6:00 p.m. Orders can be placed here on our website. Ordering through this web site is our preferred method as it is designed to reduce the amount of time it takes us to process orders as well as provide you with detailed information about our products.

Please note when ordering items sold by the pound – your total price may vary at delivery due to actual weight of the item.

When do I pay?


Customers establish a “farm account” by paying $50 upfront. Each week we deduct your order’s total from your “farm account”. You can add money as needed throughout the season. Please make checks out to New Branch Farm.

Each week, you will receive an updated account balance with your order.

When and Where do I pick up my order?


We are currently delivering to several offices in Charlottesville on Tuesdays. To add a new delivery site, we would need a minimum of 3-5 people ordering. If you have a delivery location you would like us to consider please email Stephanie.

How long will produce be available?


For 2011, we anticipate having produce from June through the winter (January-February 2012). Crops will vary with the season. For a look at what crops we plant each season, please visit our website.
